I recently went to a local auto glass company to replace my windshield, damaged by a road-rock. That shop was unable to calibrate the camera on the new windshield to enable enhanced safety features to work. They blamed the issue on a "misaligned" fender panel, and they instructed me to have an expensive repair done to the vehicle body before returning to them to "calibrate" the camera. I went to the auto body shop which I and my business partner have used, Dee's Auto Body on Post Avenue. Dee told me that did not make sense. He told me to take my car to 12-volt Doctor Inc on Arthur Kill Road. He told me that they were the only company on Staten Island that could fix this problem I took Dee's advice, and 12-volt corrected the matter in about an hour. 12-Volt's mechanics and technicians are truly experts, derived from their many years in business. The large number of vehicles in their parking lot is proof of their reputation. I will surely recommend them for electrical; and auto repair work in the future.

I go to 12 Volt Doctor for all of my auto needs. They’ve fixed my windshield before and took care of a bad dent with paint correction like it never even happened. Super friendly team and they stay on top of everything. My car was in and out faster than I expected, and the pricing honestly can’t be beat. Definitely recommend them.

I went to 12volt because I recently purchased a Camaro from Yosh Motors and had a terrible experience. The next day after buying the car the engine light came on, after struggling with them for a whole month to get my car fixed they sent me to 12Volt . I went there and explained my problems with the car that Yosh couldn’t find for over a month. Within 2hrs of being there they were able to locate the wire that was causing me distress, within 5hrs of being there they fixed the problem. Their staff was amazing, welcoming and very reassuring. I was offered refreshments throughout my wait time, and I appreciated that. They kept me in the know and not in suspense of what was going on with my car. I really appreciated their expertise and professionalism to promptly get the job done. Thank you for helping me and getting me out of there in a timely manor.

I have an older car 2008 that was t-boned. Both doors were damaged beyond repair and no longer available. They (Samantha & Joe) found used replacements. Both doors fit and operate as good or better than new. The paint is better than what you would expect on a new luxury car. Amazing. I would sincerely like to thank them for the excellent care.

The most Amazing experience ever with car repair. This shop and staff there are beyond the stars. If I could add 100 more stars I would. Not only did they take care of the car but they took care of our family making sure the sure was above standard especially since we have a child. They helped handle the insurance, the helped us get a rental right away and best of all they treated us like family not a dollar sign. I can’t thank them enough for ensuring the car was repaired right. A special thank you to Samantha who completely went out of her way to check and keep us posted. If anyone needs any repairs GO TO THEM!!!
